Disclaimer:
Please read and carefully follow the directions that come with the TAC-Wedge®Plus. This is not a toy. The spikes may damage flooring surfaces. Use the TAC-Wedge® Plus Trainer to avoid floor damage during training exercises. The TAC-Wedge® Plus is not effective if the gap between the door and the floor is too large.

2. To Keep Door Open:
• Insert the hinge lock cutout into the door crack and over the hinge.
3. To Use as a Doorstop:
• Turn the TAC-Wedge® Plus upside down (spikes up) and place under the latch side of the door.
4. Removal:
• Pull up on the handles or strike the side with a solid object to disengage.

Description:
The TAC-Wedge® Plus provides Tactical Access Control by positively securing an inward swinging door in either a closed or open position. The TAC-Wedge® Plus is designed to inhibit entry by unknown/unauthorized parties or to prevent access to a room’s contents. There are four hardened steel spikes on the underside of the device which are designed to bite into a floors surface. Conventional rubber door stops or wood shims cannot gain purchase on surfaces like waxed linoleum, polished marble, or wet concrete.

The TAC-Wedge® Plus is so aggressive that its spikes are designed to bite into even the smoothest of surfaces. Once TAC-Wedge® Plus is firmly set in place, remove by pulling up on the handles or striking on the side with a solid device to disengage the Wedge. Alternatively, you may need to make sure a door remains open. To do this, you would place the TAC-Wedge® Plus into the hinged side door crack over the hinge. Note: To avoid damage to your floor during training exercises use the TAC-Wedge® Pus Trainer.
